Make this pHresh pickled radish and watch how this magically turns simple dishes into delicious and flavorful meals! This wonderful pink delight makes everything better: dinner, lunch, and breakfast! And the process of making them is faster and easier than you think! It takes less than an hour to make them and you only need 8 basic ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 4 bunches of red radishes
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon pHresh superblends
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
Instructions:
- To make the quick pickled radish, press the sliced radish into a 1-pint (473 ml mason jar) or similar heat-safe container. Place the jar in the sink, as this will help to catch any splashes of hot vinegar later.
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, pure maple syrup, mixed peppercorns, mustard seeds, and sea salt. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, then carefully pour the heated mixture into the jar over the radish.
- Use a spoon to press the radish down into the vinegar and remove any air bubbles in the jar.
- Let the pickled radish cool to room temperature, about 25-30 minutes before serving.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
