Blueberry Superfood Smoothie

Cue the superfood smoothie! I am a huge fan of superfoods and they definitely add a little fun and variety into my lifestyle. They are also great for providing that extra umph when you need it!

You’ll need:

  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 bag frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbs coconut powder
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tsp of pHresh greens®
  • vanilla stevia to taste
  • enough water to blend, approx 1/2 cup

Simply blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

After blending, I topped my smoothie with some frozen blueberries and a sprinkle of hemp seeds to make it look pretty!
