Vegan Chia Mocktail

When it comes to cocktails, it’s better to make them refreshing and vegan, and this mocktail is the perfect summer refreshment. Sparkling water gives it the bubbly replacement of alcohol, whilst kombucha adds an even more fizz and flavor – and did I mention this will not only boost your good gut bacteria but that the chia seeds will also give you a great hit of healthy Omega oils? Follow this recipe to achieve this vegetarian mocktail!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sparkling water
- 2 tbsp. pHresh greens® raw alkalizing superfood
- 3/4 cup kombucha
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- handful of ice
- A handful of fresh blueberries
Instructions:
- Combine the sparkling water with your fave kombucha flavor.
- Add chia seeds, pHresh greens®, and stir. Then add ice and blueberries.
- Stir again and start sipping!
