Skinny Girl Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious, healthy, and easy to make!
For the purple layer you’ll need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries or blueberries
- 2 tsps Maqui Powder (optional)
- 2 tsps Acai Powder (optional)
- NuNaturals stevia (optional, as needed for sweetness)
- just enough water to blend
Simply put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Use just enough water to blend; you want it to be pretty thick so you can maintain the layers. Pour mixture into 1 or 2 glass cups and place in freezer.
For the green layer you’ll need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango or peaches
- 1 handful spinach
- NuNaturals stevia (optional, as needed for sweetness)
- just enough water to blend
- 1 tsp of pHresh greens®
Simply put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Use just enough water to blend, you want it to be pretty thick so you can maintain the layers.
Remove purple smoothie from the freezer and slowly pour the green layer on top. There you have it! The perfect smoothie. It’s delicious, great for weight loss, and kids will absolutely love it too!!
