How to make a healthy high-energy snack in just 5 minutes! These Choco-Peanut Butter Bites are clean-eating, vegan, raw, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chickpeas
- ½ cup organic peanut butter
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk, plus more, as needed to thin
- 1 cup pHresh Certified Organic Cacao Powder
Instructions:
- Add chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, pure maple syrup, rolled oats, cinnamon, and sea salt to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add cookie dough mixture to a mixing bowl
- Roll into balls. (You can also use 1 ½ tbsp ice cream scoop for even measurement)
Servings: 10-20 bites (depend on your size preference)
